I tried snow

We have snow! I can't believe it. About 3 inches!  We are housebound. I am surprised the electricity is still on! Businesses have closed! Call the national guard!!!!!!! Ok, enough of this. Anyway I tried to paint snow.  It is very hard. I may not have learned about painting snow but I did get a good workout on depth. Here it is. Any help would be appreciated,  Thanks for looking, Dean

Looks good for you "first snow". Three whole inches, huh! If we get three of snow, it's usually counted in feet. But then again, we don't get 60 degree Saturdays in January either.

Great painting of "first snow ". I especially love the " misty - softness " of this painting. I think that snow always displays a soft quiet feeling. You most certainly captured it here Dean. I love painting snow scenes myself. It's a challange, but i love it. Good going Dean, you should do more !
